Job Descriptions


  • Provide full spectrum of Recruitment & Selection support to HR Manager
  • Preparation of Letters, ad-hoc reports
  • Maintaining employees' personal record and ensuring its confidentiality
  • Improving management effectiveness by advising, supporting line managers efficiently via various HR processes
  • Managing recruitment website and online portals
  • Maintain HR documents and HR database accurately and up-to-date as appropriate and in accordance with audit guidelines, local laws and regulations
  • Maintainence of HR Information System
  • Handling travel related application, reservation & related matters
  • Assist in compliation of HR monthly reports
  • Any other ad-hoc duties/projects as assigned


  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial, Commerce or equivalent
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Office
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Good knowledge of Employment Act and MOM regulations
  • Be responsible, self-motivated, meticulous and resourceful team player with good organizational and strong communications skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast paced environment
  • Applicants must be willing to commit for 1 year
  • Applicants must be willing to travel to Boon Lay
  • 5 days' work week
  • up to $2200
