Responsibilities

  • Accepting and registering bookings for services
  • Offer alternatives to clients and turn information calls to potential sales lead
  • Efficient response to customer queries by providing accurate information consistently
  • Improve the service experience through professionalism and compassion when dealing with individual needs
  • Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer issues

Requirements

  • Candidates with GCE 'O' Level/ SPM or equivalent, and a strong command in English welcome to apply.
  •  Candidates who can speak fluent mandarin to liaise with Chinese customers have an added advantage.
  • Preferably with at least 1 year(s) of working experience in customer service
  • 10 Full-Time position(s) available.
