Job Descriptions

Responsibilities:

  •     General counter duties - Handling bills, admission or registration details, etc.
  •     Attend to patients' enquiries/ requests
  •     Assist with booking/rescheduling of appointments
  •     Advice patients on bill payments
  •     Other administrative duties; input patient's info/ records into database etc

Requirements:

  •     GCE ‘N’/’O’ levels / Nitec/ Diploma holders
  •     Fresh graduates/ Experienced applicants are highly welcome
  •     Healthcare-related background/ interest will be an added advantage
  •     Good customer service and communication skills
  •     Singaporean or SPR only
