Job Descriptions

Responsibilities:

  •     Respond to customers' enquiry/ feedbacks via calls/ emails
  •     Assist customers promptly to resolve feedback/ complaints
  •     Conduct follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
  •     Routing escalated issuses to the appropriate management personnels
  •     Other administrative duties required

Requirements:

  •     GCE 'N'/ 'O'/ 'A' level/ Diploma qualification
  •     Customer service orientated with good communication skills
  •     Able to commit for at least 3-6 months or long term
  •     Willingness to learn and take on challenges
  •     Singapore Citizen or SPR only
