Our Client is an established Foreign Bank (10 x Contract Bank Operation Admin Assistants) - August 2012 Intake
Salary: S$1400 - $1800
3-6 months contract extendable - Students on vacation till September & October are welcome to apply!
Job Scope:
Provide administrative validation for the cards ops & credition operation department
Draft correspondences for internal staffs
Handle phone calls and enquires
Data entry for weekly financial report into in house system
Assist the Credit department to monitor maturity of loans.
Other ad hoc tasks for the Bank projects and operation department
Job Requirements:
A Level (Waiting for University in 2013)
Diploma in any discipline / Part time students with some admin experience
IT savvy, proficient in Microsoft Excel
Details-oriented with initiative
Bilingual and able to communicate with all levels of people
Must be able to start immediate and commit for at least 4 months
