Job Descriptions

Responsibilities

  • Perform Vendors invoices
  • Perform Staff Expense Reimbursement
  • Handling of fixed assets inventory and accounting
  • Handling of Bank Reconciliation
  • Manage Accruals of Expenses & Prepayment entries
  • Perform invoicing & billings
  • Perform daily MAS & P&L reporting
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
     

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Excel
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Will be trained to use in-house accounting systems & web based accounting applications to send reports
  • Must be meticulous and accurate in working with data/numbers/reports
  • Able to meet daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting deadlines
  • Applicants must be able to commit for exactly 3 months (Subject to extension / conversion)
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Clarke Quay
  • 5 days' work week
  • Salary range $2200 - $2800
