Job Descriptions


  • Open mailroom counter and start operation on time
  • Sorting of mails in an enclosed mailroom environment
  • Collect, collate and dispatch incoming mails into the relevant letter box
  • Handle outgoing mails
  • Covering for office boy when he is not around
  • Arrange for courier to collect/pick up at the respective location
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned


  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Others, Secretarial, Commerce or equivalent
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Must be physically fit
  • Applicants must be able to commit for at least 3 months
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Promenade
  • 5 days' work week
  • Salary range $8 per hour
