Job Descriptions

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistant and support to the billing division
  • To liaise closely with service providing departments to capture all transactions are up-to-date
  • Formulate reports to track billing errors
  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned by Management
  • Provide regular reporting on statistics and revenue information to Management on a monthly basis

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum "O" level or Diploma
  • At least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in handle Accounts/Billing/Admin
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dependable, analytical, innovative and meticulous

  • Strong oral and written communication skills both in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese speaking personnel)
  • 5 days' work week (8.30am - 6pm)
  • Working location: Changi
  • Salary: $1,900 onwards depends on experience
  • Temp duration: 3 months on renewable basis
  • Able to start immediately
