Job Description

  • Provide administrative support in respective departments (Marketing / Operations / Accounts / Secretariat / Project Management)
  • Contribute towards planning and execution of projects
  • Responsible for documentation, data entry, filing, reports  
  • Prepare monthly / project / ad hoc reports as required  


Job Requirements

  • O & A Levels / Diploma / Degree in any Disciplines from recognized institutions ** Educational requirements dependent on complexity of the positions**
  • Part-time Degree or Higher students welcome (Must be able to commit office hours)
  • Prior work experience a definite advantage
  • Ability to commit 3 to 12 months / permanent basis
  • Singaporean or Singapore PR ONLY
