Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and deliver high calibre, trendy and creative designs for trade shows, exhibitions, cars and product launches and other Events/MICE activities.
Design and create thematic structures (3D) and graphics visuals (2D) that meet guidelines required by our clients in the delivery of event solutions, such as backdrops, event space, exhibition booths, product displays, etc.
Produce event space layout and floor plans
Work closely with the events team to ensure the successful delivery of all required design elements
Conceptualize and delivering creative graphics artwork and working it within 3D thematic designs such as overall event ground themetic, store front, stage backdrop, exhitibition booths, product launches..etc

Liaise with vendors and other external production resources to ensure optimal delivery of thematic according to proposed designs
Work closely with the events team to ensure the successful delivery of all required design elements
Conceptualize and delivering creative graphics artwork and working it within 3D thematic designs such as overall event ground themetic, store front, stage backdrop, exhitibition booths, product launches..etc
Requirements:
Possess 3 years or above related experience in design field preferably from MICE/Exhibition/Events field
Expert Knowledge in 3D rendering
Highly proficient in 3D Studio Max, Autocad
Proficiency in graphic design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator and Freehand is a plus
Experience in 3D design for Events, Exhibition & interior design, visual display is a MUST
Familiar with technical specifications of production materials in order to prepare accurate production drawings
Posses a creative mind for coming up with creative and yet practical concept
Detail minded, responsible, self-motivated, energetic and willing to work under pressure to meet tight deadline
Ability to self-manage priorities and take ownership of projects
Possess an open mind to different ideas
Keen mind in researching and exploring new ideas from various source
Work well under pressure to meet tight deadline
