Responsibilities:

  • To assist the Legal department in sorting documents and clear backlog
  • Scanning, photocopy and filing
  • Update summary table
  • Ad hoc admin duties

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder
  • At least 1 year of working experience in Administration
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
  • Meticulous and careful
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • 5 days' work week (9am - 6pm)
  • Working location: Sg Kadut (transport provided at Yew Tee MRT statation)
  • 4 months contract (immediate till end Dec 2013)
  • Able to start work immediately
