Job Descriptions

  • Fashion Retail MNC
  • 5 Days / Mon - Fri (10am - 8pm)
  • Salary up to $7 per hour

 

Our client, a fashion retail MNC, with more than 200 retail stores and counters worldwide.

 

Role 1:

Temporary CRM & Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

CRM:

  • Monitor and correct errors and issues in SAP-CLM through internal online portal.
  • Maintain SAP-CLM data hygiene.
  • Assist members’ enquiries through phone and faxes.
  • Generate boutique’s footfall report and CRM monthly report.
  • Monitor membership forms’ quantities and assist in distribution to stores.
  • Assist in extracting database and sending eDM and SMS to members.
  • Assist in 3-tier loyalty program launch for Triumph membership.

Sales Coordination:

  • Prepare and ensure accurate update of retail sales by counters.
  • Provide consolidated retail sales and BW reports with clear analysis.
  • Provide Pre and Post launch analysis reports with clear tracking of results.
  • Raise new launch orders and re-orders.
  • Process credit sales order forms.
  • Check stock balance and customer orders.
  • Perform transfer of goods from counters.

Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Motivated and willingness to learn
  • Meticulous, analytical and good with numbers
  • Good team player
  • Proficient in SAP would be an advantage

 

Role 2:

Temporary Demand Planner

Responsibilities

  • Forecasting and analytical works

Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong in MS Excel
  • Motivated and willingness to learn
  • Meticulous, analytical and good with numbers
  • Good team player

 

Role 3:

Temporary to Perm Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Administer & update all Loyalty Club membership databases of all brands/channels
  • Update and refresh company website on a regular basis.
  • Update other online social media sites such as Facebook, Forums, etc.
  • Plan, coordinate and arrange for regular school talks and SIA workshops.
  • Main speaker for educational talks and SIA workshops.
  • Prepare stock adjustment write-offs for any events, workshops or media.
  • Prepare goodie bags, press kits and collaterals for events and workshops.
  • Archive ads and media clippings and other marketing collaterals on a regular basis.

Requirements:

  • Fresh Diploma graduate in Marketing or related discipline
  • Prior internship in Marketing is highly favored
  • Able to commit for 4 full months
  • Possess good communications & interpersonal skills
  • Creative, organised & able to multi-task well
  • Open to Singaporean / Singapore PR only
