Job Descriptions

  • Min diploma (any discipline)
  • Experience in membership benefits would be a plus
  • Secretariat / Admin support to educational events
  • Manage registries as designated by  Manager / CEO
  • Handle customers’ enquiries / feedback via email, phone, or walk-in
  • Process applications, key in data & update in various files & reports
  • Prepare Monthly Reports, Expenses & Budgets
  • Coordinate & schedule registries’ meetings, and minute the meetings
  • Maintaining the registries’ database and update the personal info as required
  • Managed events under the registries’ purview
  • Perform other duties as requested by manager
  • Transport pick up at Clementi MRT & Bukit Timah main road
  • Contract (3 - 6 months) May convert to Perm
