Client is an education industry @ Goldhill, Novena Thomson.
Handle to parents and students enquiries and education needs
Assist in planning Teachers’ Duty Roster and students' circurriculum, lesson plans and activities
Organize information to promote the education centers' open house, with the distribution of postcards to promote awareness.
Asisst in general administrative support to teachers
Sourcing, maintaining and updating departmental IT resources.
Responsible for the content update of the departmental webpage on the school website
*****Experience in Customer Relations and some sales and administrative functions preferably in an education industry will be a plus
Proficient in MS words and excel
****Good customer service and public relations skill
Responsible, flexible and organised
Pleasant and presentable with outgoing personality
Strong communication skills in English and Chinese as need to liaise with Chinese speaking parents
Must be interested in children
****Able to work and commit on evenings and weekends (Sat & Sun)
A team player
5 day work week - one off day on weekday, the other on alternate Sat/Sun
P/s ******Working Hours: Weekdays (Mon-Fri) 9am to 6pm or 9.30am to 6.30pm or 10am to 7pm or 12.30pm to 9pm hrs (rostered, once a week at the moment but depends on demand for evening classes so may change), Saturdays and Sundays: 9am to 6pm or 9.30am to 6.30pm
Salary up to $2.2k depending on relevant experiences
Able to start work immediately preferably.
