Job Descriptions

  • Diploma / Degree in Engineering or IT background
    To do payroll system implementation
  • Facilitate all complex HRIS resolution and assist operation team on technical queries and requirements
  • Provide helpdesk support to clients on system queries and handle all requests for change of passwords
  • Log down all queries raised, time taken to response, solutions provided and time taken to close the queries into the support log
  • Organise weekly meeting to update status of support issues encountered
  • Guide staff should he/she encounter any difficulties on Work Instruction, Movement template or any other templates set up within the Operations Team
  • Attention to detail, logical thinking, well written and spoken English, with strong knowledge of HRIS, the local employment law/other relevant country law (where applicable)
