Responsibilities

 

  • Perform all daily customer service activities and operations including order processing, documentation, shipping coordination, report management, invoicing/billing and filing.
  • Handle all customers’ feedbacks, requests and complaints effectively and escalate/ report to superior accordingly.
  • Maintain proper documentation of paperwork associated with orders and accounts.
  • To take up additional tasks as required to meet Department needs 

Requirements

 

  • Minimum GCE ’O’ Level with at  1 years of experience in similar capacity.
  • Fresh Diploma in in any discipline welcome to aplply
  • Meticulous and good team player
