Contribute to and support net new revenue generation in real estate manufactured in the Asia Pacific Region and retention of assets with a global remit
To act as a client centric technical expert / gatekeeper for the asset class, providing high quality support to the global business development function through;
Delivery of key investment messages around the asset class
Provide technical input on RFPs, RFIs and new business presentations as well due diligence questionnaires and regular updates from current / prospective institutional clients, consultants etc
Production and maintenance of presentations – standard and tailor made
Value added support such as product training, thought leadership pieces, resolution of queries and fund updates
Work with marketing teams to produce / maintain other marketing materials in support of the company's invetsors sales processes globally / focused marketing campaigns
REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate
IMC (desirable)
CFA / CAIA or working towards CFA / CAIA
Knowledge of Real Estate and Real Estate products preferable
Experience in a similar role
Understanding and articulating Real Estate investment processes
Excellent writing and oral communication skills
Good organisation skills
Attention to detail
Highly computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
