The client company is an establishment in Public Service.
We are looking for temporary customer service staff for their annual project.
 
The staff will be offered comprehensive training, equipped with sound knowledge to provide advice to the customers.

Responsibilities

  • Delivery of customer service
  • Provide advice on regulatory guidelines and license renewal procedures
  • Assist customers to check on status of application / renewal
  • Document complaints / reports received from public
  • Perform other administrative and ad hoc duties

Requirements

  • GCE "O" Level / Diploma qualification
  • Prior experience in customer service related work preferred but not a must
  • Good communication skills in English and second language
  • Excellent work attitude and keen interest to learn
  • Ability to work in team based environment
  • Ability to commit for 2-4 months
  • Individuals with interest in Real Estate related work experience are welcome
  • Singapore Citizen or PR only
