- Attend to customer's enquiries, feedbacks and complaints
- MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK WELL AND BE COMFORTABLE IN HANDLING HIGH VOLUME OF PHONE CALLS!!
- Min GCE ‘N’ Level and above
- Immediately available
- Able to commit 3 months to 6 months to 1 year
- Willingness to commit shift hours and weekends is advantageous
