Job Descriptions


  • Register and track all incoming suppliers’ invoices to ensure proper recording and for accrual purposes
  • Process suppliers’ invoices against DO/PO and supporting documents
  • Process staff reimbursement
  • Prepare month audit schedules for profit and loss items
  • Prepare payments via cheques, TT and GIRO
  • Assist in monthly AP reconciliation and follow-up
  • Update manual cashbook
  • Reconcile manual cash book against Navision cashbook balances
  • Manage petty cash float
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties that are being assigned


  • Diploma in Accountancy, or GCE ‘A’ Level or equivalent with 3 years experiences also welcome to apply
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Accounting in Oil and Gas Industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to start work within short notice
