  • Managing and Develop a pool of luxury brand promoters
  • Coordinate and plan sales training programs for the promoters
  • Conduct orientation, induction program, coaching, audits and appraisals and evaluation of performance
  • Handle promotions activities
  • Handle HR admin

 

Job Requirements

  • Nitec / Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Admin or equivalent
  • Preferably with retail sales experience
  • Familiarity with luxury brands is an added advantage
