Job Descriptions

The Role:

  • Prepare financial accounts in accordance with local accounting regulations with accuracy and on a timely basis
  • Prepare Monthly Management Accounts and Ad-hoc financial reports
  • Responsible for Statutory Accounts and Corporate Secretarial Matters including liaising with auditors
  • Liaise with relevant tax authorities and company tax agents to ensure that tax compliance
  • Prepare and monitor budgets and set up management accounting systems to report actual performance against budget
  • Cash Flow Planning
  • Prepare regular data analysis, identifying trends, variances and shifts
  • Handle Human Resources and Payroll related matters
  • Any ad-hoc duties as required

 

Pre-Requisites:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accountancy/Finance or ACCA (Min. 2 years relevant working experience)
  • Based in the Singapore office
  • Strong with MS Excel
  • Pro-active, Confidential and Meticulous
  • Only Singaporeans, SPRs and Malaysians will be considered
