  • Manage reception area duties and housekeeping
  • Attend to incoming calls and enquiries
  • Handle internal and external courier, mails, parcels and related matters
  • Assist Purchaser in getting quotations, etc.
  • General HR and Administrative duties
  • Update document records
  • Maintain filing system
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining inventory records
