Location: Tanjong Pagar/Raffles Places

Responsibilities :-

Handle and responsible for issuing customer's invoices
To ensure accurate maintenance of customers' data for timely and accurate invoicing
To conduct due diligence check for new customer and ensure accuracy of set up for new accounts in accounting system
Update all the invoices, customers master file , customer receipts and the necessary information into accounting system
Keep good track of accounts receivables
Processing payment and staff claim
Bank reconciliation
assist in administrative tasks and any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

Requirements :-

Candidate must possess at least a professional certificate /CAT/ LCCI
Preferably 1 to 2 year (s) working experience in the related field
Proficient in MS Excel
