The Accounts cum Admin Assistant will be based in the HBA Singapore office and report directly to the Director of Operations.
- Handle partial sets of accounts.
- Check, verify and process invoices, expense claims , reimbursements
- Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities
- Perform other accounting duties as requested
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience
- Able to work independently
- Able to start work IMMEDIATELY or within short notice
- Requires both written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Only Singaporean
