- Assist in inter-company and AR collections, and follow up on outstanding AR balance when needed.
- Provide timely updates of incoming and outgoing funds.
- Provide Finance Department with admin support and general filing.
- Any admin and finance duties assigned
- Minimum ‘O’ level certification with at least 2 years’ experience in finance and admin support.
- Experience in payment processing and AR collections.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principle and guidelines (IFRS, Singapore FRS).
- Experience in ERP systems is a plus.
- Experience in high volume environment will be an added bonus!
