Accounts Executive (AP/AR), SAP -European Financial Institution

Job Overview :

To be in charge of the overall AP/ AR functions of Third Party Administer (TPA) Business, monthly reconciliation and various accounting reporting functions.

Job Description :

  • Code and process policy holders’ claims / invoices for posting into Accounting system
  • Ensure accuracy in payments to policy holders/ providers via cheques/ internet banking
  • Weekly reconciliation for 2 bank accounts
  • Liaising with vendors and customer's queries with regards to TPA business
  • Invoicing customers promptly and according to contractual agreements for TPA business
  • Ensure that payments by customers are made according to credit terms, and to liaise with customers on late payments
  • Bank receipt in accounting system on a timely basis

  • Ensure all KPIs are met
  • Participate in month end closing activities
  • Assist to prepare monthly summaries, reports and schedules,
  • Assist in audit matters
  • Participate in other ad hoc projects
  • Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirement :

  • Knowledge of SAP and ACCPAC (Sage 300) a plus

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting from a recognized Institution or pursuing for ACCA qualification

  • Minimum 2 to 3years’ experience in Accounts Department preferably in an multi-national organization
