Job Descriptions

Responsibilities:

  • Complete an accurate and timely management financial reports & Management Accounts
  • Performs monthly closing of accounts, inter-company billings/balances and bank reconciliations
  • Prepares and validates cash receipts and payments, issuing of cheques, telegraphic transfers and remittances
  • Handles petty cash, verify and process staff expenses and claims
  • Consolidation of daily sales based on transaction/sales slips
  • Working Capital Management - Inventory control, credit control, cash flow management
  • Liaise with external auditors during yearly audit
  • File quarterly GST return
  • Payroll and related function
  • To handle full set of accounts
  • To handle AP / AR
  • Assists to undertake ah-hoc assignments as and when required
  

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Ang Mo Kio.
  • Able to handle full sets of accounts independently
  • A good team player who is resourceful, driven, meticulous and detailed-oriented
  • Possesses good analytical skills with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Hands-on, driven and focused with vision to thrive well in a service-oriented organisation
  • Proficient in MS office application and a good Knowledge with hands-on experience in Quick Book Premier is a MUST
