Job Descriptions

Responsibility :

1. Perform Secretarial duties.
2. Support Basic Accounting Functions.
3. Organize Project Team deployments and Record Inventory IN /Out
4. Maintain and Filing of Documents - Financial / Operational 
5. Organize Small Scale PR Events and / or Business Development Related Events
6. Assist the Country Manager in Client Relationship Management Activities
7. Assist in Liaison between Clients and Industry Statutory Bodies

Requirements :

1. Minimum 2 years of working experience in administrative and operational support functions in training field
2. Have excellent written and communication skills
3. Bilingual in Mandarin and English
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office - MS Excel, MS Word

Other information :

1. Salary $1800
2. 5-day work week, 9AM to 6:00 PM
3. Tanjong Pagar area
