Job Descriptions

The successful candidate will provide general office administration and support to the research team.

Job Scope:

  • Handling of incoming phone calls
  • Handling of daily incoming & outgoing mails
  • Procurement of stationery & pantry refreshments
  • Admin Support

Requirements:

  • Possess good command of spoken and written English to liaise with clients.
  • Organised, self-disciplined and a team-worker
  • Good communication skills
  • IT knowledge would be of advantage
  • GCE ‘O’ & ‘A’ holders are welcome
