You will provide administrative support to an Operations Unit and your duties will include operations support, assist internal/external customers on administrative matters, data entry of records, filing, distribution, processing, coordination and requisition, as well as other administrative related work as assigned by reporting officer.
- 1 - 2 years admin experience preferred
- At leave GCE "O' levels or NITEC in Office Skills
- Meticulous, detail-oriented and able to multi task
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application
- Immediate availability or can start work within short notice period will be great advantage
