- Handle general administrative duties / Bookkeeping / Data Entries / Filling & Handle Confidential/ Non-Disclosure Documentation, Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders etc.
- Attend to Phone calls and Answer the door.
- Assist with Adhoc duties/tasks assigned by the different department.
- Handling minimal set of Accounting/Human Resource.
- Minimum 2-years administrative experience.
- Minimum N-level/Diploma
- Knowledge of MS Office software / MYOB Software.
- Knowledge of Accounting/Human Resource/Management.
- Strong communicator and good presenter with confident.
- Independent, Proactive, high initiative, team player, efficient & strong sense of urgency.
- Well-organised, ability to work in fast-paced environment and work well under pressure with multi-tasking.

- Able to speak Mandarin to liaise with customer
