Job Descriptions


  • Provide full spectrum of admin support to Procurement team in daily operations
  • Manage purchase administration and order processing upon request from end users without delay
  • Verifying and matching of Delivery Orders (DOs), Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Invoices
  • Prepare Purchase Order (PO) and Goods Return Note (GRN)
  • Sorts Purchase Orders (POs) for distribution to various department concerned and suppliers
  • Answering to suppliers, vendors and end-users queries
  • Perform data entry and ensure all documents are properly filed, recorded and managed
  • Higher NITEC in Administration or NITEC in Service Skills (Office)
  • Computer literate
  • Able to work independently
  • Candidates without NITEC qualifications but have some administration experience may also apply.
