Job Descriptions

Job Responsibilities:
  • Attending Customer’s enquiry, feedback and complaints.
  • To prepare Quotation, Sales Order, Invoice and all shipping documents.
  • To do a follow-up on the Quotations and updating Customer’s shipments
  • Co-ordinating and liaise with co-workers / suppliers for smooth execution for all jobs.
  • Maintaining an accurate database of all Quotation, Sales Order and Invoice in system.
  • Pro-actively monitor orders and ensure appropriate contingent actions are taken to meet delivery schedule.
  • Proper filing of sales / office documents
  • Any other duties as assigned by management.
  • Perform general admin duties (Eg: Answering call, attending guest, stocktake, pantry, etc.)
Requirements:
  • No experience graduates are welcome, on job training will be provided or min. 2 years of relevant working experience (preferred related to Industrial products)
  • Good attitude, communication and coordination skills
  • Responsibility, Good team player, Initiative, independence
  • Meticulous
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power point and Internet applications (E.g.: Microsoft Outlook)
  • Good command of written and spoken English
