  • Handling  of invoices and billing amount as per client's job sheets record
  • Attending customer query for booking for test through phone calls and emails enquiries
  • Provide administrative support to department's operation
  • Consolidate the employees monthly attendance sheet /claim
  • Other Ac Hoc duties


Job Requirement:

  • Minimum 'O'/Diploma in above
  • Minimum 1-2 yrears of working experience
  • Must knowledge in Ms office.
  • Good Integrity personality and positive learning attitude.
  • Working hours: 8.30am - 6pm(5days week)
  • Able start work immediately OR short notice
  • Prefer Singaporeans /SPRs
