Our client, a leading MNC based in the East, is looking for an Admin Assistant to join their team.



  • Handling Administrative duties
  • To assist the Sales department with order placements
  • Handling customer service duties through phone and scheduling of service appointments
  • Assist the department in ensuring enquiries are attended to in a timely manner
  • Assist in maintaining progress report and feedbacks to the supervisor
  • Perform any other duties assigned by superior



  • GCE 'N' Level and above
  • Preferably with 1 year of related experience in the service industry
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge in Microsoft applications is a must


Other Info:
  • Location: East
  • Monthly Remuneration: Based on experience / state your expectation
  • Working Hours: Office Hours (alternate Saturdays)
