Job responsibilities:

  • To actively attend email and queries/complaints/feedbacks from patients & visitors
  • To serve visitors, process transactions such as appointments, cancellations & rescheduling.
  • Responsible for coordinating all office & sales administration duties 
  • Assist doctors in handling administrative duties



  • At least 'O' level or Diploma in any field
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel)
  • Well spoken
