Job Descriptions



  •  Daily updating, tracking and following up on operation job status and purchase orders
  •  Update, consolidate and submit weekly and monthly financial/ operational reports
  •  Consolidate, prepare and submit billing reports
  •  Prepare and submit documents to support payment to vendors
  •  Update, track and follow up on vendor's invoices and costing matters
  •  Liaise with internal and external customers on billing, invoicing and other related payment matters
  •  Prepare, submit and follow up on documents relating to security related matters
  •  Any other duties assigned by manager and higher management including business executive



  •  At least GCE'O' and above
  •  3 years of relevant experience in administrative works
  •  Well verse in MS Office
  •  Singaporeans and SPRs may apply
Preferably those who can start immediate or in short notice period
