Job Descriptions


  • Manage the office infrastructure and facilities.
  • Handle the front office which includes receiving incoming phone calls.
  • Perform all clerical and administrative duties.
  • Assist in preparing simple documents / power point for presentations.
  • Follow-up the leads & do indoor tele-sales (no hard selling) of safety video products.
  • This list is by no means exhaustive and would involve other tasks delegated by the management


  • Minimum ‘A’ Level or Diploma with at least two years of work experience
  • Self-starter with a sense of belonging and high level of integrity
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
