Job Descriptions

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial/admin support to the Projects and Operation Team (manage calendars, maintain contact lists, process travel expense claims in local or overseas, draft email correspondences)
  • Organise, prepare agenda and undertake writing of meeting minutes for management meetings
  • Prepare presentation and communication materials
  • Ensure proper filing of confidential documents
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned


  • Diploma holder or higher
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office especially PowerPoint & Excel
  • Self-motivated & pro-active
  • Ability to quickly adapt to constantly changing business environment
  • Good interpersonal skills and a team player
