Role 1:

Admin Officer (Postgraduate Education Program) (Up to 2.3K)

Responsibilities

  • Work together with the Programme Coordinator in supporting all administrative functions in relation to the Postgraduate Education Program of the Department
  • To support the Operations and Development of the Postgraduate Program in the Department
  • To support and ensure successful ACGME-I Accreditation
  • To support the Graduate Medical Education Office

Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma with at least 2 years of strong admin experience
  • Prior experience from healthcare / education industry is highly advantageous
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Organized, meticulous & independent
  • Strong written skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Open to Singaporean and Singapore PR only 

 

Role 2:

Admin Officer (Undergraduate Education & Clinician Training) (Up to 2.8K)

 Responsibilities

  • Provide admin support to undergraduate education and clinician training in the healthcare setting
  • Coordination of clinical training funds
  • Receive and check clinical training claim submissions from clinical departments
  • Liaise with the various clinical departments to clarify incomplete or unclear claims
  • Identify and escalate issues encountered in claim processes, and work with team in enhancing the processes
  • Raise electronic payments for claims
  • Track fund usage, at individual, clinical department and hospital level
  • Generate fund usage updates and trends on a quarterly basis
  • Logistic support of events and activities for medical, nursing and allied health undergraduate training
  • Support the education team during central department or hospital-wide programmes

Requirements 

  • Possess a Diploma Holder with at least 2 to 4 years of strong admin experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Organised and meticulous
  • Works well with numbers
  • Able to work independently
  • Open to Singaporean and Singapore PR only
