Job Descriptions


  • Handle full set of books and the month-end closing process
  • Ensure that all records of accounts and ledgers and all relevant supporting documents and/or computation schedules are properly kept in place
  • Be responsible to provide the monthly management accounts and other necessary financial reports and analysis
  • Handle and liaise with accountants in relation for annual auditing matters
  • Maintain and strengthen the accounting system and procedures to ensure effective financial and accounting controls
  • Handle Payroll and minor HR duties
  • Provide full spectrum of office administration duties
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned


  • Diploma/Degree holder in Business Administration, Accounting or related discipline
  • At least 5 years relevant experience
  • Good in organizing the operation system
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in computer skills, e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Knowlegde in MYOB is a plus
  • Detail-minded, meticulous, able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Mature, responsible and independent
