Job Descriptions

Collect, track and reconcile internal and external claims / payments
Full customer service/reception/admin duties as and if needed
Attend to patient registration
Answer phone calls & enquiries
Maintain and update database
Organize and maintain efficient filing records
Provide timely reports
Check and attend to inquiry emails
Assist the doctor during consultation
Assist with appointment booking
Interact with various team members within the organization and other healthcare institutions to enhance the delivery of these healthcare services and ensure continuously improved care for the patients.
Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Other Info:
Office Hours - 9am-6:00pm Monday to Friday; 9am-1:00pm on Saturdays
Central location-Direct MRT access
Monthly Remuneration: Based on experience
Min 2 years of admin-related experience
Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
Friendly disposition and service oriented
Possess strong problem solving skills with an analytical mind
Strong organizational and project management skills
Self-motivated and willingness to learn
IT savvy and resourceful
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Candidates with experience in health care / finance / IT industry will have an added advantage
Ability to commence work immediately is an added advantage
Knowledgeable in MS Word and Excel
Candidates proficient in Mac and Clinic Assist will have an added advantage
