Our client, an established regional organization, is seeking dynamic individuals to apply for:





  • Responsible for general administrative duties such as filing and data entry
  • Process invoice
  • Admin coordination
  • Handle phone calls and liaising with customers and vendors, not limiting to a-hoc duties assigned


  • GCE ‘O’/‘A’/Diploma
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • Meticulous with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and able to keep to the tight deadline
  • Proficient in Microsoft Words and Excel
