Job Descriptions



  • Administration duties including class registration, database management and club communications
  • Basic accounting including preparing bank deposits and monthly bank reconciliation
  • Reception duties
  • Responding to customer enquiries, emails and calls
  • Keeping proper records of merchandises and liaising with suppliers
  • Assist with the day to day operations and maintenance of the club


  • Preferably with some experience with financial software MYOB or similar accounting program
  • Good computer skills including excel and word
  • Enthusiastic and motivated
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good time management and able toprioritise workload
  • Ability to multi task
Working hours:
  • Minimum 40 hours per week
  • Evenings and weekends to meet reception requirements
  • May be required to attend competitions, meetings and other events outside normal working hours
