Location: Tanjong Pagar MRT, Walking distance

5 days work week

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• General IT helpdesk (Handle a wide scope of operational enquires from users regarding PC/Blackberry/ Intranet usage, etc)
• IT-Assets and Loan Management (Review and renew software licences, maintain and track IT equipments)
• Input code registration to computer systems (Customer/Vendor, organization, warehouse, User ID, etc)
• Procurement (Request for Quotation Order, issue Purchase Order and arrange delivery date)
• IT Documentation (update internal operation manual, workflow processes)
• Data Entry into SAP Accounting System
• Process all backlog and create better workflow and system for the general processes
• Other adhoc Admin / HR related task which includes filing and stock taking as assigned by manager


Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualification of A’Level and O’Level
• 1- 2 years of work experience as Administrator
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Pleasant disposure with excellent communication skills
• Interest in providing SAP helpdesk support
