Responsibilities
* Carrying out duties as Treasures Private Client (TPC) Service Ambassador
* Achievement of Service Excellence in terms of client satisfaction e.g. Client waiting times, problem resolution, client feedback and error rates
* Be able to promptly assist with simple banking transactions and providing solutions to client’s enquires & ensuring an end to end client experience at the Treasures Private Client centre
* To promote digital customer journey in either acquiring, transacting or in engagement and drive growth in digital client
* Partner clients, Business Support and service providers to ensure timely transaction processing and service delivery of client’s requirements
* Participate in ad-hoc meetings e.g. Process improvement projects as well as ad-hoc assignments given by TPC Client Service Manager / deputy
* Assist with data reporting or template reporting for business

Requirements
* Polytechnic Diploma, GCE “A’ “O” level (minimum 3 “O” level credits), Certificate in Business Studies or Certificate in Office Skills
* At least minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
* Good language skills
* Strong branch banking operational knowledge preferred
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Good PC skills
* Well groomed and immaculate
* Clear verbal communication / interaction skills
* Self-motivated team players with good sales/service aptitude who would enjoy working in a fast-paced sales environment
* Customer centric and enjoys interacting with people
