Summary of this role
You will be involved in co-ordinating creative development work between internal creative and marketing teams, approved vendors, selected brands, and their agencies. We’re looking for someone who has experience in the creative space, working with big brands, their creative and digital agencies on launching integrated advertising campaigns. This person will work with our company's Marketing and Delivery teams to successfully deliver creative program with the chosen brand & their agency.
In addition to strong communication, organizational and project-management skills,this role requires knowledge of the various technologies and phases of creating integrated advertising campaigns (copywriting, website design, interaction design, front end technologies and implementation). The ability to simultaneously manage multiple stakeholders, across different technical platforms to meet critical deadlines is essential.
This role will be on project basis of 8 months engagement.
Work with our company's engineers, creatives, designers & production agencies on the implementation of the campaign
Establish and maintain close working relationships with chosen advertiser client(s), their agencies and internal cross functional teams. Coordinate communications between the client’s agency, digital production agency and our company's technical teams to execute the deliverables from concepting to production, on time.
Map out the client engagement process, clearly assign and communicate project responsibilities to assembled cross functional teams.
Provide clear delivery plans and milestone timings, drive cross functional decision making and project momentum, monitor project performance / progress, identify and overcome resource bottlenecks, highlight significant scope / timeline creep and their implications.
Create, run and participate in steering Committee meetings.
Maintain project visibility with all senior sponsors / execs in marketing, sales and the client.
Capture business learnings and insights in order to compile e-learning modules to up-skill Sales personnel
Experience & Qualifications:
8+ years establishing / working / managing / motivating digital creative teams within an agency
Proven track record delivering complex digital / integrated advertising campaigns on-time and to budget
Highly knowledgeable and passionate about the digital space with a strong desire to create best-in-class digital experiences.
Familiarity with media plans and large-scale advertising campaigns. Ability to work well with metrics, numbers, and trends.
Familiarity with web technologies & Google APIs (e.g., Flash, HTML, CSS, XML, Ajax, JSP, video compression, FTP, etc.)
Exceptional project management, budget management, negotiation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Suitable Project Management qualifications (Agile scrum master, Prince 2.0 as a minimum)
Demonstrate risk / scope / change management skills
Resource tracking, workload management
Detailed understanding and use of project methodologies / software tools / documentation
