-Accessories & Turnkey
Responsibilities
Responsible for P&L on the Accessories and Turnkey portfolio for the cluster APAC, and for maximizing customer satisfaction in the assigned regions.
Supports Sales in the area of acquisition, configuration and calculation while developing and optimizing the customer relationship in order to ensure the long term profitability in the defined number of accounts.
Responsible for creation and implementation of the Cluster APAC sales strategy plan for 3rd party items business, including sales forecasts and Annual Operating Point (AOP).
Leads the sales teams within APAC with regards to sales of 3rd party items portfolio.
AOP & Rolling Forecast (ROFO) forecasting coordination with regards to 3rd party items for APAC
Driving turnover & margins of 3rd party items in Cluster APAC
Defining Region specific standard 3rd party items & services portfolio, together with Global Sales and Services International (GSSI) Region & Country Sales, GCO Global Commodity Managers, and various Imaging System (IS) Business Unit (BU’s)
Change management 3rd party items quoting & sales within Cluster APAC
Implementing robust processes within Cluster APAC for managing pricing and profitability on 3rd party items and services during acquisition phase and order realization phase
Acting as escalation point for non-adherent customer quotations (not meeting agreed upon pricing thresholds)
Requirements
Master in business administration or other relevant discipline
Self-starter, able to start without direct / hierarchical reports
Natural leadership style, motivator
Understanding of sales process specific requirements for the APAC Regions
People skills: people management skills, influencing skills, bridge builder: effective in gaining commitment from various (cross-functional, cross-organization) stakeholder groups to drive required changes
Marketing know-how with
Excellent negotiation skills
Knowledge of medical equipment and accessories supply market & understanding of customer requirements / demand
