Our client is the top player in the real estate and property development space. With proven track record, it has dominance in the SEA markets and boasts a strong brand name. It has consistently done well for itself and is known in the market for their strong employee engagement and positive working environment. They have in place a structured training & development plan for all employees. Now, the Finance team is looking for a strong and hands-on candidate who is keen to further develop their career in the real estate industry.


As the Assistant Accountant, you will be working in a team-based environment where you will be in-charge of AP/AR/GL on a rotational basis. You will also be expected to guide and check the data-entry work of a few juniors in the team. As you develop further in your role, you will progress to take on full sets, budgeting and some forecasting in the long-run. You can expect a rigorous training programme when you first join to help ease you into your role.


As the successful candidate, you should possess:

  • Degree in Accountancy/ACCA
  • 2-3 years of prior full sets experience
  • Prior supervisory/mentorship experience is a must-have
  • Positive attitude and fast learning ability
  • Strong excel abilities, SAP is advantageous
